Vionik offers a range of shipping options to ensure your order arrives when you need it.

Once I place my order, when will it ship?

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. are usually shipped the following business day, though processing may take up to two days during busy periods. For example, an order placed on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. will likely ship on Wednesday.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays.

International Shipping

Do you ship to the United States?

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not ship internationally. Please visit vionikshoes.com for global options.

Shipping Methods

Shipping Method – Cost – Delivery

  • Flat Rate Shipping / Free Shipping: Free shipping on orders $150+; $10 flat rate for orders under $150 → 5–7 business days (M–F only)
  • Express Saver: Calculated per order → 3–5 business days (M–F only)

Processing time of 1–2 business days applies. Expedited shipping does not shorten processing time. Once orders are shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility. Expedited options may be unavailable during inventory periods.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Currently, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Do you ship to APO/FPO military addresses?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/FPO military addresses.

Do you charge sales tax on merchandise?

Sales tax is applied based on your location and applicable laws. The exact amount will be shown during checkout.

Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. are processed the next business day. No orders are shipped on weekends or holidays.
