Returns & Exchanges
Not fully satisfied with your purchase? For orders placed on vionikshoes.com, we provide free return shipping and exchanges through our Return & Exchange Portal.
You may return or exchange your items for any reason within 30 days of purchase if the order was placed on vionikshoes.com. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Restocking fees may apply.
Please note: returns and exchanges cannot be processed for purchases made through other retailers.
How to Make a Return
- Go to our Returns & Exchange Portal and enter your order number and the email address used to place your order.
- Repackage your items in their original packaging. Print the return label provided, attach it to the outside of your package, and keep the tracking number for your records.
- Drop off your package at the designated shipping carrier within 15 days of receiving your return authorization. Refunds may take up to 15 business days to appear on your statement after your return has been received and processed.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned. Products marked as “Final Sale” or priced ending in .97 are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Please note: returns are subject to a $5 per pair restocking fee.
FAQs
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing may take up to 15 business days.
Gift Returns
If you received a gift purchased from vionikshoes.com, you may exchange it for the same style in a different size or color, or request an e-gift card for the value of the item to be used on vionikshoes.com. Each item is eligible for one exchange only. Gift card purchases are final and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be completed instantly with a temporary credit card hold (details provided in the portal) or once the original item has been returned and scanned by the carrier. Shipping charges are not refundable. Walk-in returns at warehouses are not accepted.
Purchases from Authorized Retailers
If you purchased through an authorized retailer, please follow their return policy directly.
Important notes on unauthorized retailers:
- Some sellers on Amazon are authorized, but many are not. Refunds or credits cannot be provided for items purchased from unauthorized sellers.
- Vionik does not authorize sales on eBay. Items bought there are not eligible for refunds or credits.
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers may be counterfeit and not meet the quality standards of Vionik products.
